If you have received a delinquent debt notice from the U.S. Department of the Treasury indicating the consequences for non-repayment of your federal debt and are interested in discussing repayment options, please call our Debt Management Center toll free at (888) 826-3127 to speak with one of our representatives. See the attachment below for international calls. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EDT.

If you have questions regarding the offset of your federal tax refund or offset of another U.S. government-issued payment.
