How Can My Agency Enroll?
What's the first step?
To initiate enrollment in CRS, please complete the Agency pre-onboarding questionnaire below and attach it to an email to CRSLiaisonGroup@fiscal.treasury.gov, along with the following information about your agency
- Your agency name
- Your program name
- Primary agency contact — please include phone number
- Types of payments your agency makes — please describe your payment process
- Number of administrative receivables that are estimated
What will happen next?
An Agency Outreach Liaison will review your information and contact you to schedule a time to discuss next steps in the CRS enrollment process.

Agency Pre-Onboarding Questionnaire Form
The Pre-Onboarding Questionnaire is used to gather specific program information from a Federal Program Agency to determine the viability of a particular program as a candidate for participation in CRS. The form assists in documenting the current state of receivables management, and helps to assess the agency's/program's needs and objectives that may be resolved through the use of the CRS service.Fill out the Agency enrollment form online
