International Treasury Services
The Bureau of the Fiscal Service provides international payment services to federal agencies in nearly 200 countries.
ITS.gov enables federal agencies to issue foreign currency payments using SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), Check, or Western Union.
ITS enables agencies to issue international U.S. dollar wire transfer payments without a corresponding U.S. financial institution. Fiscal Service processes monthly recurring benefit payments, foreign payroll, vendor, and miscellaneous payments.
Free for Federal Agencies
There is no cost to federal agencies to use ITS.gov. The U.S. Treasury pays all transaction fees associated with processing international payments and collections.
