Training Opportunities

The OTCnet Team offers a wide variety of training sessions, to help you and other OTCnet users explore and learn the latest OTCnet applications’ features.

All training sessions are held virtually and range from 15 to 60 minutes. They cover an assortment of specific tasks/or and activities related to OTCnet (Administration, Deposit Processing, and Check Processing.)

To customize your learning experiences, we are offering three different types of training:

  • Just in Time: 15-minute live demonstrations on how to complete specific OLB activities.
  • Troubleshooting Brown Bags: 30-minute sessions focused on how to solve commonly encountered roadblocks such as verifying installation of the OLB certificate or changing your OLB password. These sessions are an open forum for you to ask specific questions about the OLB rollout process to the Customer Support and Agency Adoption teams.
  • Informational Webinars: 45-minute information sessions with 15-minute Q&As that cover a specific topic related to OTCnet.

A rolling schedule of upcoming sessions is provided below. No registration is required for most sessions - just click the provided WebEx link to join the session that you are interested in attending!

Informational Webinar: OTCnet Training Resources and Release Overview This session will include a hands-on demonstration on where to find OTCnet training resources, their best practices for use, and where to find upcoming training opportunities on the latest release features. An overview of Release 2.10 and a preview of what's to come in Release 3.0 is also included in this webinar session. March 26, 2019
